Client Manager, Online Brand Protection

Yellow Brand Protection is growing fast in North America and is now in the process of recruiting another Client Manager for its office in Boston, MA. The role is full time, starting 1st March, 2017.

Position summary
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a number of our North American clients and client relations (via oral and written communication). Your highest priority will be to ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction. Client Managers perform independently with direction from supervisors, and their work has significant impact on company revenues and profitability, client perception and, ultimately, satisfaction. You will work together with other Client Managers at our office in central Boston.

  - Requires 2-3 years experience in Online Brand Protection, where you have worked as Brand Protection Manager, Client Manager or Analyst.
  - Good oral and written communication skills
  - Excellent organization and decision-making skills
  - Strong interpersonal skills
  - Internet research skills
  - Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
  - Ability to multi-task
  - Project management skills
  - Additional languages (to English) seen as an advantage
